Message from the Rev. Sr.Principal Sriyani Rodrigo
Holy Family Convent, with a glorious history of 140 years, opens its website on 04th July 2009. I am honoured to be the principal in launching this website. It’s a must to mention that Computer Technology is a path to success. This website includes the great history of Holy Family Convent since 1870. Playing a vital role in the field of Education, Holy Family Convent has moulded worthy daughters to mother Sri Lanka in many streams. My sole vision is to see Holy Family Convent produce fully fledged individuals to the society. It gives me great pleasure to mention that during my period of principalship the school has risen from better to best, in the fields of English, Sports, Drama, Music, Dancing and Education. The enthusiastic and challenging staff is a great support to me as they shoulder many responsibilities with great dedication and commitment. The Past Pupils’ Association contributes tremendously towards the betterment of the school under the guidance of the Present President Mrs. Leilani Balasooriya. I sincerely treasure the painstaking efforts taken by the Past Pupils Association in launching this web site, which is a necessity to keep track with the fast moving world.
